Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping
- We currently ship anywhere, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- All orders are shipped via USPS Ground with tracking.
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
- Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
- We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 14 business days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Certain items, including limited edition, custom, or clearance merchandise, may be final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
